Shipping and Returns
For our Central Dauphin Boys Tennis Apparel Store: all items will be hand-delivered or dropped off. No shipping.
All of our linens are hand cut, hand sewn and embroidered at the time of ordering. By ordering from our website, through email, over the phone or in person, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Custom/Personalized Orders
Monograms and embroidery goods are personalized just for you. To ensure a positive ordering experience and eliminate any errors, personalized orders are to be placed online through our website at www.deeluxedesigns.com. We will review your order prior to production and may contact you through email if we have any questions. Please be sure your email is correct and check your inbox for emails from us.
Damaged/Defective Items
We take great pride in providing high quality products and superior workmanship. We personally inspect every piece before your order leaves our studio. In the rare occasion where there is an error made on our part or there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the item(s) at no charge to you as quickly as we can. No refunds will be accepted. However, if the error was made by you, we are unable to honor a replacement or refund. Please check your order for accuracy.
We want you to be overjoyed when you open your package. To that end, we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues. Please email us at hello@deeluxedesigns.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount at the time the order is placed.
Cancellations/Changes/Returns
We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Any cancellations/changes will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we can no longer accept cancellations/changes. ALL personalized/monogrammed sales are final, unless there is a manufacturer's error or a defective item. (See above).
Shipping
We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. Once your order leaves our studio, it is beyond our control how your package will be handled. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages made by shipping companies. Please contact them directly to file any claims.
